E-Poll Affiliate Program FAQ

1. How do I get started?

• Read the TERMS & CONDITIONS for an E-Poll Affiliate
• Sign Up: Fill out a brief online registration/application form.
  Upon registering, you'll receive an email confirmation that E-Poll is reviewing the application. We typically review registration forms within one to three business days. After your site has been approved, you'll receive another e-mail with detailed instructions on how to enter our 'members only' area called E-Poll's Affiliate Referral Program.
• E-Poll's Affiliate Referral Program will provide you with a fast and easy way to link to our graphics, banners and other creatives for you to display on your site/newsletter/ or emails.
• You'll always have 24 hour online access to your earnings and traffic reports through E-Poll Affiliate Referral http://affiliates.epoll.com/. The reports will show you how many visitors you have referred. With that information, you can optimize your links and make the most of your relationship with us. Referral fees are paid at the end of month.

2. Does it cost anything to become an Affiliate?

No, there are no fees of any kind for applying to and participating in the E-Poll Affiliate Referral Program. You start earning right away.

3. How much will I get paid?

You will be paid the following for each valid, confirmed, and non-duplicated participant who signs up in the E-Poll Rewards program and takes at least one survey:

0-25 leads/month - $1.00 each
26-199 leads/month - $1.50 each
200+ leads/month - $1.75 each

4. How long has the program been operating?

Our Affiliate Program, started in October of 2000.

5. Does my Web site qualify for the Associates Program?

Most Web sites will qualify to participate in the program; however, we may reject Web sites that we determine are unsuitable. Examples of sites that would NOT qualify for participation include:

Sites that promote sexually explicit material
Sites that promote violence
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age
Sites that promote illegal activities
Sites that violate intellectual property rights

6. Can I participate if I live outside the United States?

No, we are not currently accepting affiliates outside of the United States. That may change in the future so check back often.

7. Can I apply to the Associates Program more than once?

No, we recommend that you apply once for all of your sites. We will only assign one tracking ID per account. If you apply for more than one account, they will not be consolidated at the time of the payout. All accounts individually will have to meet the $50 minimum payout in order to receive a check.

8. What sorts of communications will E-Poll.com send me?

We will occasionally send you email messages that include marketing tips, site news, special offers for affiliates, and important updates on affiliate policies. These messages will include up-to-date information on opportunities that can benefit Affiliates.
